Юр’єва О.Г. Лінгвістичний вимір політичного маніпулювання. – Рукопис.

   Робота присвячена дослідженню теоретико-методологічних засад політичного маніпулювання, визначенню лінгвістичного виміру феномену та специфіки реалізації маніпулятивних сценаріїв у політичних процесах. На основі аналізу західних та вітчизняних робіт щодо питань політичного маніпулювання доведено важливу роль лінгвістичних методів у розробці та реалізації маніпулятивних сценаріїв. Запропоновано нову класифікацію маніпулятивних стратегій і тактик, а також типологізовано лінгвістичні методи, що використовуються у сучасних маніпулятивних процесах. Визначено чинники, що уможливлюють реалізацію маніпулятивних сценаріїв. Проведено прикладний політологічний аналіз конфліктного маніпулятивного сценарію навколо острова Коса Тузла та розкрито специфіку використання лінгвістичних методів політичного маніпулювання. У результаті дослідження лінгвістичного виміру політичного маніпулювання визначено головні етапи розвитку політичної мови та виокремлено головні маніпулятивні тенденції в українських політичних процесах. Доведено, що результати маніпулятивних сценаріїв, що неефективно використовуються українським політикумом, здатні посилити кризу недовіри в українському соціумі, спричинити конфліктогенність у його межах та призвести до реалізації девіантних поведінкових актів.

   Работа посвящена исследованию теоретико-методологических основ политического манипулирования, определению его лингвистического измерения и изучению специфики реализации манипулятивных сценариев в политических процессах. На основе анализа западных и отечественных работ, посвященных изучению вопросов политического манипулирования, доказано важную роль лингвистических методов. Автором была предложена новая классификация манипулятивных сценариев и тактик, а также типология лингвистических методов. Были выделены факторы, которые обуславливают реализацию манипулятивных сценариев. Проведен прикладной политологический анализ конфликтного манипулятивного сценария по поводу острова Коса Тузла и раскрыта специфика использования лингвистических методов политического манипулирования. В результате исследования лингвистического измерения политического манипулирования были определены основные этапы развития политического языка и выделены основные манипулятивные тенденции в украинских политических процессах. Доказано, что результаты манипулятивных сценариев, которые неэффективно используются украинским политикумом, способны усилить кризис недоверия в украинском социуме, способствовать конфликтогенности и привести к реализации девиантных поведенческих актов.

   The dissertation is devoted to researching of theoretical and methodological fundamentals of political manipulation, defining of its linguistic dimension and studying of specifics of realization of manipulative scenarios within political processes. In the dissertation the term “political manipulation” was made more precise and was defined as whole range of interactions between subject and objects of manipulative process within concrete manipulative space that occur for the purpose of formation, correction or elimination of current stereotypes, values, political attitudes and behavioral reactions in name of selfish and concealed ends, intentions and interests of communicator, who tends to obtain political dominance or victory.
   The author admits that political competition is realized due to linguistic methods of manipulation which allow building of symbolic reality that will never be turned into life. Time pass and society starts to understand that their feelings, motives and emotions were used by politicians. As a result, the crisis of trust to authorities appears, conflicts strengthen and conditions for deviant behavior create.
   The author affirms that under conditions of charisma’s deficit and personification of political aims political manipulation transforms into the main tool of political management. Incapable to make good use of manipulative scenario’s consequences in name of Ukrainian society, politicians waste obtained political capital on selfish purposes and personified enrichment. As a result, incapacity for work and theatricality of political activity become obvious for socium, that is unmask manipulative character of previous actions and result in social indifference and disappointment.
   On the basis of analysis of western and national works, devoted to studying of the main issues of political manipulation, the important role of linguistic methods in political manipulation (on the level of development and realization of manipulative scenarios) was proved. Due to author’s methodology (that defines the linguistic dimension of political manipulation and outline the structure of manipulative processes) it is possible to claim that linguistic methods can be specific “arms” of political actors, who tend towards distortion of political reality in name of achievement of personal aims and conquer of political dominance.
   Additionally the author describes the mechanism of information interpretation due to linguistic methods of political manipulation and defines the way of verbal influence on emotional or rational elements of consciousness. As a result it was proved that none of the participants of manipulative process can avoid manipulative effects.
   The author suggested new classification of manipulative strategies and tactics as well as typology of linguistic methods that are usually used in current manipulative processes. The author emphasizes that Ukrainian politics is transforming in linguistic space and symbolization of political processes realizes within it. The factors that stipulate for realization of manipulative scenarios were defined and exposed. The author executed applied political analysis and on the example of manipulative scenario in Ukrainian politics disclosed the specifics of linguistic methods of political manipulation utilization. As a result of research of linguistic dimension of political manipulation the main stages of political language development were defined and the main manipulative tendencies were outlined. It was proved results of manipulative scenarios that are used by Ukrainian politicum ineffectively can enforce the crisis of trust in Ukrainian socium, intensify conflicts and lead to realization of deviant behavior.
