   У дисертації досліджується система гендерного виховання дівчат-підлітків у Великій Британії, їхня соціалізація в умовах навчальних закладів та молодіжних організацій цієї країни, розкриваються технології гендерного виховання дівчат-підлітків на сучасному етапі. Для логічного обґрунтування гендерного виховання дівчат-підлітків Великої Британії в дисертації проведено історико-генетичний аналіз становлення і розвитку гендерного виховання дівчат-підлітків у згаданій вище країні.
   Розроблено ряд практичних рекомендацій стосовно перспективних напрямів удосконалення системи гендерного виховання дівчат-підлітків України з урахуванням британського позитивного досвіду.

   В диссертации исследуется система гендерного воспитания девочек-подростков в Великобритании, их социализация в условиях учебных заведений и молодёжных организаций этой страны, раскрываются технологии гендерного воспитания девочек-подростков на современном этапе. Проанализированы философский, психолого-педагогический и социологический аспекты исследуемой проблемы; сделан теоретический анализ подходов к проблеме гендерного воспитания девочек-подростков в Великобритании; раскрыты понятия “гендер”, “гендерно-ролевая идентификация”, “гендерная социализация”. Выявлены и раскрыты психолого-педагогические условия гендерного воспитания девочек-подростков в Великобритании. Для логического обоснования гендерного воспитания девочек-подростков Великобритании в диссертации проведён историко-генетический анализ становления и развития системы гендерного воспитания девочек-подростков вышеуказанной страны. Раскрыты сущность и особенности гендерной социализации девочек-подростков Великобритании в условиях взаимодействия школы и общественных организаций.
   Разработаны практические рекомендации по перспективным направлениям усовершенствования системы гендерного воспитания девочек-подростков Украины с учетом положительного британского опыта.

   In this research the system of girls-teenagers’ gender up-bringing in Great Britain, their socialization in educational establishments and youth organizations are investigated, modern girls-teenagers’ gender up-bringing technologies are analysed. For logical provement of British girls-teenagers’ gender up-bringing the historic-genetic analyse of being and development of system of girls-teenagers’ gender up-bringing above country has been done.
   It is proved that gender education of girls-teenagers of Great Britain arose up as a result of search of effective ways of overcoming gender problems. In this connection the special role is given to school, where preparation to life is got by most girls-teenagers. It is explored, that the sources of modern school of gender education of girls-teenagers lie in the intellectual and pedagogical legacy of people of the British islands. An analysis of the context of secondary education and pedagogical technologies applied for forming of gender culture of girls-teenagers grounds to assert that the system of gender education of girls-teenagers of Great Britain is based on the laws of unity of the world, intercommunication and interdependence of the phenomena, from where the British teachers find out the principles of its organization: gender identity, gender self-determination, which are the basis of the unpreconceived attitude toward personality regardless of its sex, and also humanizing, continuity, complicity.
   Research allowed to define that in state documents on gender education of girls-teenagers which determine its development in the country, above all things, the attention is given to forming of gender culture which contains in itself the following base components: gender self-identification of personality as first step to self-realization and self-education, acquiring of girls’ knowledge about the potential possibilities, psychophysiological, sociocultural features, awareness of gender self-value of labour, education of industriousness, forming of readiness to the competition at the market of economic and creative independence, education of character, forming of self-respect, faiths in the forces, self-esteems, ability to define vital prospects and realize them in accordance with moral values.
   Practical recommendations are developed to perspective directions of improvement of the system of gender education of girls-teenagers of Ukraine taking into account positive British experience.
   The followings tasks are outlined in the gender teaching and education of girls-teenagers of Great Britain:
   - updating and enriching in British society of models of womanish conduct, spheres of their realization which are the source of forming of consciousness of a girl-teenager. School must be oriented on education and teaching of the girl with her psychological differences in perception of the world, mastering skills and abilities, in development of interests and emotional sphere.
   - womanish conduct within the framework of educational and up-bringing process. The existing system of education and up-bringing is orientated on the development of the adequate sex capabilities, abilities and qualities of personalities.
   - The juvenile period of teaching and education of a girl must become the stage in development of psychophysiological qualities, capabilities and qualities, necessary for successful implementation of sexual roles of personality of girl-teenager in domestic and public life.
   In this research some practical recommendations on the creative application of the British experience to reform the system of girls-teenagers’ gender up-bringing in Ukraine have been worked out.
